Hagerty” prepared by Tim Cronin, III, P.E. latest revision dated December 23, 2003 (see prior PB 32-99).

Mastromonaco, PE, PC latest revision dated June 6, 2003.

PB 21-00    c.  Application and Final Environmental Impact Statement dated December 19, 2003 of Wilder Balter Partners, LLC for Preliminary Plat Approval and a Steep Slope Permit for a 53 lot conventional subdivision as shown on a 6 page set of drawings entitled “Conventional Layout, Jacobs Hill Crossing” dated June 17, 2002 or in the alternative an application for a Special Permit for a Planned Village Development of 161 multifamily residential units for senior citizen housing as shown on a 6 page set of drawings entitled “Senior Housing Plan, Jacobs Hill Village” prepared by Ralph G. PB 8-98      a.  Letter dated January 28, 2004 from Dan Ciarcia, P.E. requesting the 11th, sixth-month time extension of Preliminary Plat approval for the Grace Subdivision located on the south side of School Road and on the west side of Baron De Hirsch Road.

PB 22-98    b.  Letter dated February 20, 2004 from Joel Greenberg, R.A. requesting the 5th, 6 month time extension of Preliminary Plat approval for the Appian Way Estates Subdivision located at the end of Fawn Ridge Drive.

10.            NEW BUSINESS

PB 2-04      a.  Petition to amend the Town of Cortlandt Zoning Ordinance submitted by  Frank Righetti to amend the zoning code to permit a passive collectible storage building by special permit in the R-10 zoning district (see prior PB 20-98).

PB 3-04      b.  Referral from the Town Board of the Draft 2003 Comprehensive Master Plan and lead agency status with respect to SEQRA pursuant to Resolution Number 78-04.
