PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

      PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Chapter 277 (Telecommunications Towers) and, to the extent applicable, Chapter 307 (Zoning), of the Town of Cortlandt Code for the application of New York SMSA d/b/a Verizon Wireless, for the property of Pony Motor Cars, Inc., for amended Site Development Plan approval and a Special Permit for the collocation of small panel antennas on an existing facility, with related equipment proposed at the base of the existing facility, as shown on a 7 page set of drawings entitled “Preliminary & Final Site Plan” prepared by Chad C. Schwartz, P.E. latest revision dated September 25, 2017

            The existing wireless telecommunications facility is located at 451 Yorktown Road and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 56.19, Block 1, Lot 5 (with access over lot 4).

            Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is a Type II action.

      Persons may review said application and drawings at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays. 

            SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Wednesday evening, December 6, 2017 at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, at which time all interested persons will be heard.
