The Annual HOBGOBLIN PARADE  will be held at the Cortlandt Town Center , Rt 6 Saturday, October 25th at 12:00 noon sharp.  This special Halloween parade is open to everyone in costume from ages 2-16. Trophies will be given in the following catergories. FUNNIEST, MOST CREATIVE, SCARIEST, BEST HALLOWEEN THEME AND PRETTIEST will be held at the Cortlandt Town Center, Rte 6, Cortlandt Manor, Saturday, october 25 12:00 Noon - sharp.  Free
