Planning Board Public Hearing - PB 17-08, Springvale Parking Lot
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Chapter 307 (Zoning) and Chapter 283 (Trees) of the Town of Cortlandt Code on the application of the Springvale Apartments Company for Site Development Plan Approval and a Tree Removal Permit for the construction of a parking area with 22 spots, and associated drainage improvements, located between buildings 14 & 16 at the Springvale Apartment Complex as shown on a 4 page set of drawings entitled “Site Development Plan for Springvale Apartments” prepared by Cronin Engineering, P.E., P.C. latest revision dated June 24, 2009 and on a 1 page planting plan prepared by David Ferris Miller dated June 24, 2009.
The subject property of 31.17 acres is located on the northwest side of Spring Place, approximately 300 feet northwest of Springvale Road and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 55.17 Block 3, Lot 2.
Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which Part One of the Short Environmental Assessment Form was submitted.
Persons may review said application and drawings at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, August 4, 2009 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
