NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Cortlandt, Westchester County, New York will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday, July 20, 2004 at 7:30 p.m. Prevailing Time, or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room located in the Town Hall at One Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, (10567) to receive public comment and consider the authorization of a Special Permit for a Planned Village Development for a 161 multi-family senior units on 34 acres for property located on the northern side of Route 6 approximately 200 feet west of the Bear Mountain Parkway.

All persons interested in this proposed action will be heard at the time, date and place specified above, and written comments in regard thereto should be submitted to the Town Clerk, in writing, no later than 4:00 p.m. July 19, 2003 to be included in the transcript of the proceedings of this hearing.

The Town Hall is a handicapped accessible facility.
