LEGAL NOTICE

TOWN OF CORTLANDT

            NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of

            Cortlandt, Westchester County, New York will conduct a PUBLIC

            HEARING on Monday, December 6, 2004 at 7:00 p.m., prevailing time,

            or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Vincent F. Nyberg General

            Meeting Room at the Town Hall of the Town of Cortlandt, located in said

            Town at One Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York  (10567), to

            receive public comment, and consider the proposed Agreement with the

            Village of Croton-on-Hudson for fire protection to the Mt. Airy/Quaker

            Bridge Fire Protection District for the fiscal year 2005 at a cost of

            $220,804.00 which is an increase of $32,094.00 from the year 2004

            Agreement.

            All persons interested in this proposed action will be heard at the time,

            date and place specified above, and written comments in regard thereto

            should be submitted to the Town Clerk no later than December 3, 2004 to

            be included in the transcript of the proceedings of this hearing.

            The Town Hall is a handicapped accessible facility.
