"New York State needs to put up subsidies for our area with the announcement of the closure of Indian Point three weeks ago, similar to the $7.6 billion dollars projected for upstate New York.  We only have a short period of time 3 to 4 years to plan for Entergy's closure of these two nuclear plants.  We are talking to various state officials to assist our residents, as well."
