An agenda will be made available in advance of the meeting. The agenda, when available, and all documents filed in this matter, may be obtained by going to the Department’s website at www.dps.ny.gov, and entering “21-01188” in the box labeled “Search by Case Number.”
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that public comment is invited concerning the scope and goals of the Task Force and the scope and goals of the Oversight Board. Participants are those persons who wish to provide a public statement after the meeting. Participants must preregister, electronically or by phone, by 4:00 P.M. on October 26, 2021. Members of the public who wish to view the meeting but do not plan to make a public comment are not required to pre-register. To pre-register electronically: Please go to www.webex.com by 4:00 P.M. on October 26, 2021, click “Join” at the top right-hand corner of the screen, enter the appropriate MATTER 21-01188 -3- event number listed above, and provide all requested information.
