PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that public comment is invited concerning the scope and goals of the Task Force and the scope and goals of the Oversight Board. Participants are those persons who wish to provide a public statement after the meeting. Participants must preregister, electronically or by phone, by 4:00 P.M. on October 26, 2021. Members of the public who wish to view the meeting but do not plan to make a public comment are not required to pre-register.
