Gallows Hill Road will be closed from Oregon Road to Pumphouse Road in both directions to through traffic. The road closure is necessary to facilitate the repairs of a large water main supply line that has to be reconstructed along the bridge on Gallows Hill Road.

We expect the repairs to be completed by Friday November 18, 2022. We ask that an alternate route is used during this time frame. A detour will be set up using Pump House Road as an alternate route for local residents and we advise others to use Sprout Brook Road as there alternate route from Putnam Valley and Philipstown.
