The Town of Cortlandt has posted that several trees at the Cortlandt waterfront Park in Verplanck are to be removed in approximately 10 days. These trees are either severely diseased or already dead and represent a public hazard. The town's arborist has advised that these trees be removed for public safety. Each tree is so marked.
