Nor-West Regional Special Services is a Self-Supporting organization serving individuals with developmental disabilities for over five decades. Established in 1973, Nor-West has been working in collaboration with four municipalities in Westchester County-Cortlandt, Peekskill, Ossining, and Yorktown, to enhance the quality of life of people with special needs. 

Originally housed adjacent to the Cook Pool, Nor-West will be moving to a new location. The Town is very grateful and appreciative of the Cortlandt Town Center, who have generously made this space available to our community. Join us for Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Open House on Tuesday, March 5th at 5:30 PM at 3131 E. Main Street in Mohegan Lake located in the Cortlandt Town Center behind the movie theater.
