Now on view, the 2nd Annual Student Exhibition at Town Hall Exuberant Joy celebrates joy in all its forms. Mila Almonte submitted a timely work for this week’s eclipse. Inspired by her love of space Mila’s composition demonstrates a variety of techniques to record her dreams. From velvety brushwork on the ground and paint splattered stars to her collaged spaceship, Mila’s vision can inspire us all.

Mila loves space and dreams of becoming an astronomer. She was inspired by her love of the great unknown and guided by a wonderful teacher.
