The Town of Cortlandt’s Office of the Town Assessor is in the process of updating its recently acquired New York State Assessment Database. In order to enhance the assessment process, photos of properties within the Town, the Village of Croton and the Village of Buchanan will be added to the Assessment database. A vehicle will be driving throughout the Town to complete this project. The Town seal will be displayed on the vehicle.
