Now in its final weeks, Flora & Fauna, on view at Town Hall is a celebration of the natural world and explores the sublime beauty of nature from the microscopic to the panoramic. D Sarno’s painted landscapes capture bucolic views with impressionistic technique. Sarno’s paint handling emphasizes the phenomenon of color interaction simulating our experience of color in nature providing a brief escape for the times we are unable to immerse ourselves in the natural world.
