Town Board Minutes
A Regular meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Cortlandt was conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg Meeting Room of the Cortlandt Town Hall, One Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, NY (10567) with the following elected officials and appointed staff members in attendance:

Town Clerk Dyckman took attendance wherein all Councilpersons indicated their attendance with the exception of Councilmember Cerreto whose absence was due to military service.

APPROVAL of the MINUTES
Councilmember Lindau moved that the minutes of the regular meeting of April 15, 2003 be approved as presented by Town Clerk Dyckman. Councilmember Farrell seconded the motion with all voting AYE.

PUBLIC HEARINGS
(All public hearings conducted at this Town Board meeting are to be found in verbatim transcript on file in the Office of the Town Clerk, official Public Hearing Minute Book.)
1. Public Hearing to consider a Local Law in creasing the income limits for senior and disability exemptions.
Town Clerk Dyckman presented and read the Notice of Hearing as had been published in the official Town of Cortlandt newspaper.
Supervisor Puglisi called the hearing to order.
There was no one additional who wished to speak and the Public Hearing was closed on motion made by Councilmember Farrell, seconded by Councilmember Lindau. All voted AYE.

Councilmember Farrell then moved for adoption of the following legislation, seconded by Councilmember Lindau:
RESOLUTION NO. 173-03 - RE: Adopt negative declaration in the matter of increasing income limits for senior and disability exemptions.

LOCAL LAW NO. 6-03 – RE: Authorize an increase in the income limits for senior and disability exemptions.
There was no additional discussion. All voted AYE.

2. Public Hearing to consider a resolution amending Chapter 304 of the Zoning Code with respect to a funeral facility.
Town Clerk Dyckman presented and read the Notice of Hearing as had been published in the official Town of Cortlandt newspaper.

There were no additional persons wishing to speak. The Public Hearing was closed at on motion made by Councilmember Lindau, seconded by Councilmember Farrell. All voted AYE.
