The Cortlandt Town Board will devote the evening of Tuesday November 29 at 7 PM to a Special MOD Work Session. This is in follow up to the October 24 Work Session, when both developers presented their latest concepts. At that meeting, there was no public comment. This work session is scheduled now to specifically receive public comment on the proposals.

Importantly, we would like to hear whether the community favors one of Evergreen’s two proposals over the other. Comments can be made at the meeting, or submitted in writing to our Planning Department at MOD@TOWNOFCORTLANDT.COM. It is anticipated that after this work session, The Town Board and Planning Staff will review the proposals and public comments, and then take the requisite next steps.
