PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

      PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Chapter 307 (Zoning) of the Town of Cortlandt Code and for a Tree Removal Permit pursuant to Chapter 283 (Trees) and a Steep Slope Permit pursuant to Chapter 259 (Steep Slopes) on the application of Louis Rinaldi for Site Development Plan Approval for an approximately 4,690 square foot, one-story office and garage for a special trade contractor as shown on a 6 page set of drawings entitled “Site Development Plan for Rinaldi Park” prepared by Tim Cronin, III, P.E. latest revision dated January 4, 2008.

            The subject property of 34,375 square feet (0.789 acres) is located on the west side of Route 129 approximately 300 feet south of Mount Airy Road East and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 56.19 Block 1, Lot 6.2.

            Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which Part One of the Full Environmental Assessment Form was submitted.

      Persons may review said application and drawings at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays. 

            SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, April 1, 2008 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
