Planning Board Public Hearing/Landau

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Chapter 265 (Subdivision of Land) of  the Town of Cortlandt Code on the application of  Fred Schwalb and Joanne Landau for a lot line adjustment/subdivision with no new building lots proposed for a 13.7 acre parcel of property as shown on a drawing entitled “Lot Line Change Map” prepared by Anthony DeRosa, PLS, latest revision dated October 10, 2003.


            The subject property is zoned R-80, Single Family Residential. The subject property is located on the eastern side of Quaker Ridge Road approximately 300 feet north of Quaker Bridge Road East and designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 68.19, Block 2, Lots 3 & 7.


             Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which a negative declaration is being considered.


            Persons may review said application and drawing at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays. 


            SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, December 2, 2003 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
