Public Hearing/Great A&P Tea Company

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE 

      PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Chapter 307 (Zoning) of the Town of Cortlandt Code on the application of the Great A & P Tea Company Inc., for the property of Neris Management Inc., for approval of an amended Site Development Plan for the construction of an entrance canopy/vendor ramp for the A & P Grocery Store located at 412 Albany Post Road as shown on 3 drawings entitled “Proposed Elevations” and “Proposed Floor Plan” prepared by Rosenbaum Design Group latest revision dated May 1, 2003 and “Roof Drainage Plan” prepared by Bohler Engineering, P.C. latest revision dated May 1, 2003.

 

            The subject property of 186,400 sq. ft. is located at 412 Albany Post Road in the HC, Highway Commercial Zone and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 67.06, Block 3, Lots 7, 8, 9, 10.

 

             Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which a negative declaration is being considered.

 

            Persons may review said application and drawings at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays. 

 

            SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, February 3, 2004 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
