Planning Board Public Hearing - PB 13-13 Brookfield Resource Management

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing to consider the application of Brookfield Resource Management Inc., for  the property of 2114 APR, LLC, for the renewal of a Junkyard Special Permit pursuant to Section 307-61 of the Town of Cortlandt Zoning Ordinance to allow the continued operation of Brookfield Resource Management as shown on a drawing entitled” Brookfield Resource Management Site Plan” prepared by Nosek Engineering dated October 22, 2010.
The subject property is split zoned with the front 200 feet zoned HC/9A, Highway Commercial/Multi Family and the remainder of the property zoned M-1, Light Industrial. The subject property of approximately 8.7 acres is located on the east side of New York and Albany Post Road, 300 feet north of Dutch Street and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 54.08, Block 2, Lots 29 and 30.
Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is a Type II action.
Persons may review said application at the Planning Office, Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, September 3, 2013 at 7:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
