Mastromonaco, P.E. dated October 21, 2004.

The subject property of 21.5 acres is located at 1980 Crompond Road opposite Lafayette Avenue.  The subject property is zoned R-20, One Family Residential.  The subject property is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 33.08, Block 1, Lots 1 & 4.
