PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Sections 276 and 277 of the New York State Town Law and Chapter 265 (Subdivision of Land) and Chapter 179 (Wetlands) of  the Town of Cortlandt Code on the application of  Ulysse Ajram, contract vendee for the property of James & Barbara Delfa, for Preliminary Plat approval and a Wetland Permit for a 2 lot major subdivision of 5.85 acres and for a lot line adjustment of 7,816 square feet between the Ajram parcel and an adjacent parcel owned by David and Lili Kasdan as shown on a 2 page set of drawings entitled “Proposed Subdivision of Property for Ulysse Ajram” prepared by Rudolph C. Petruccelli, P.E. latest revision dated March 11, 2005.

            The subject property is zoned R-40, Single Family Residential and is located on the east side of Croton Avenue approximately 700 feet south of Jacobs Street and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 34.19, Block 2, Lot 14.

             Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which a completed Part One of the Full Environmental Assessment Form was submitted.

            Persons may review said application and drawing at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays. 

            SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, May 3, 2005 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
