Planning Board Hearing - Sunset Ridge

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Sections 276 and 277 of the New York State Town Law and Chapter 265 (Subdivision of Land) and Chapter 179 (Wetlands) of  the Town of Cortlandt Code on the application Orlando A. Papaleo for Preliminary Plat Approval and a Wetland Permit for a proposed 8 lot major subdivision of 13.9 acres for single family residences as shown on a 3 page set of drawings entitled “Sunset Ridge Subdivision” prepared by Jeffrey Contelmo, P.E. latest revision dated August 19, 2005.

            The subject property is zoned R-20, Single Family Residential and is located on the northeast side of Locust Avenue across from Broadie Street and designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 23.12, Block 1, Lot 3.

             Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which a completed Part One of the Full Environmental Assessment Form was submitted.

            Persons may review said application and drawings at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays. 

            SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Wednesday evening, September 7, 2005 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
