NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town Board of the Town of Cortlandt, Westchester County, New York, will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING on Tuesday, February 14, 2006 at 7:30 p.m. Prevailing Time or as soon as possible thereafter as possible, in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room of the Town Hall of the Town of Cortlandt, located in said Town at 1 Heady Street, at which time the Town Board will receive comment and consider a proposed salary increase in the following amounts for the elected positions listed:

Supervisor $3,565.00

Town Clerk $2,742.00

Receiver of Taxes $2,493.00

Councilpersons $ 602.00 (each)

All persons interested in this proposed action will be heard at the time, date and place specified above, and written comments in regard thereto should be submitted to the Town Clerk no latter than February 13, 2006 to be included in the transcript of the proceedings of this hearing.

The Town Hall is a handicapped accessible facility.
