(UPDATED 3/22/2020- Due to resident feedback, we have revised the wording of the below information; scheduling has not changed)

Due to the Covid-19 reductions in staff we will be modifying our sanitation division pickup schedules.

Your pickup day for garbage will be based on your current bulk pickup Route number. (Please CLICK HERE for the Town of Cortlandt Bulk Route Schedule.)

• If you are Bulk Route 1, your garbage will be pickup on Monday.

• If you are in Bulk Route 2, your garbage will be picked up Tuesday.

• If you are in Bulk Route 3, your garbage will be picked up Wednesday.

*Please note only garbage will be picked up NOT bulk items – bulk routes are used for scheduling purposes only!

Your paper will be picked up Thursday and Friday this coming week.  Please put paper out this Thursday March 26th and it will be picked up before the end of business on Friday March 27th. 

Your comingle will be picked up Thursday and Friday of the following week.  Please put comingle out on Thursday April 2nd and it will be picked up before the end of business on Friday April 3rd. 

The following pickups will be “cancelled”: 

• Organics for March 27 and April 24.
• Bulk Pickups.
• Special pickups for the next two weeks.

This schedule will continue for the next 4 weeks. If there are any changes or updates to our plan you will be notified with updated information. Office staff will be available from 7:00am Monday through Friday to answer any questions you may have.
