PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Cortlandt will conduct a Public Hearing at their regularly scheduled meeting of March 14, 2006 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567 to consider a Local Law entitled "A Local Law Amending Local Law No. 9 of 2002 with Respect to Limitations on the Issuance of Building Permits".  If said Local Law is adopted, it would allow the issuance of Building Permits beyond the limits set forth in Section 131-3.1.

Any person interested in being heard on the above law, should be present at the above date and time or written comments should be submitted to the Town Clerk by the close of business on the date of the Public Hearing.  A copy of the Local Law will be available for public inspection five (5) days prior to the Public Hearing date.

            The Town Hall is handicapped accessible.
