Michael Ryan - Site Plan Public Hearing

      PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing on the application of Michael F.X. Ryan for Site Development Plan Approval and a Special Permit for a business and professional office in a transitional location pursuant to Chapter 307 (Zoning) of the Town of Cortlandt Code as shown on a drawing entitled “Ryan Site Plan” prepared by Brendan Fitzgerald, P.E. latest revision dated February 24, 2006.

            The subject property of approximately 10,000 sq. ft. is zoned, R-10, Single Family Residential and is located at 3005 East Main Street (Route 6) and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 24.13, Block 3, Lot 4.

             Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action and includes a Short Environmental Assessment Form.

      Persons may review said application and drawing at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays. 

            SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, April 4, 2006 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
