The ceremony will take place beginning at 1:00 pm at Muriel H. Morabito Community Center, 29 Westbrook Drive, Cortlandt Manor, New York.

Please be advised that you must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to attend this event. The Town will be following all COVID-19 protocols in accordance with New York State and Federal requirements.  In addition, due to the mandate of Governor Hochul, we are required to ask all of those in attendance to wear a mask during the ceremony.  Mask will be available.  We thank you for your cooperation.
