PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Sections 276 and 277 of the New York State Town Law and Chapter 265 (Subdivision of Land) and Chapter 179 (Wetlands) of  the Town of Cortlandt Code on the application of Daniel Sadofsky for Preliminary Plat Approval and a Wetland Permit for a two lot minor subdivision of 2.4 acres as shown on a drawing entitled “Preliminary 2 Lot Subdivision for Daniel & Suzanne Sadofsky” prepared by Cronin Engineering, P.E., P.C. latest revision dated April 21, 2006

            The subject property is zoned R-40, Single Family Residential and is located at 6 Rick Lane, approximately 200 feet south of Crompond Road, and designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 34.05, Block 6, Lot 13.

             Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which a completed Part One of the Short Environmental Assessment Form was submitted.

            Persons may review said application and drawing at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays. 

            SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, June 6, 2006 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
