Part 1 (Exploring Black and white with graphite, charcoal and ink)

Part 2 (Exploring color with pastels)

Draw and paint in this 2-part , 6 week class (total) with 2 ½ hour sessions focusing on refining drawing skills using charcoal and graphite adding color to the mix in part 2. Each class can be taken as a stand-alone. At the end of each 3 week class, you will have several striking images using a photographic reference or a still-life setup in class. Materials will be provided. Demonstrations to show as well as tell.

Location: Muriel H. Morabito Community Center (29 Westbrook Drive, Cortlandt Manor)
