Town of Cortlandt Storm Update: The current forecast shows a pretty steady rain event with mild winds.  This has caused a few trees to come down in Town this afternoon. The Department of Environmental Services will continue to review the briefings and updated forecasts provided by the National Weather Service and Con Edison over the course of the next 24 hours.
