Planning Board Public Hearing - Poritzky

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Chapter 307 (Zoning) of the Town of Cortlandt Code for Site Development Plan Approval and for a Special Permit pursuant to Section 307-60 (Zoning) on the application of Alan Poritzky, D.D.S. for an existing Dental Office as shown on a drawing entitled “Existing Conditions Plot Plan” prepared by Gregory McWilliams, R.A. latest revision latest revision dated October 18, 2006.

            The subject property of 24,982 sq. ft. is zoned R-10, Single Family Residential, is located at 2004 Crompond Road and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 33.08, Block 4, Lots 19, 20 & 21.

             Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action and includes a Short Environmental Assessment Form.

      Persons may review said application and drawing at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays. 

            SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Wednesday evening, November 1, 2006 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
