Heinzer Subdivision - Public Hearing
PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 276 and 277 of the New York State Town Law and Chapter 265 (Subdivision of Land), and for permits pursuant to Chapter 259 (Steep Slopes) and Chapter 283 (Trees) of the Town of Cortlandt Code on the application of Richard Heinzer for Preliminary Plat approval and Steep Slope and Tree Removal Permits for a proposed 2 lot minor subdivision of a 39,480 sq. ft. parcel of land as shown on a 3 page set of drawings entitled “Site Plan Prepared for Richard Heinzer” prepared by Ralph G. Mastromonaco, P.E. latest revision dated December 20, 2006.
The subject property is zoned R-10, Single Family Residential and is located on the east side of Crumb Place, approximately 200 feet south of Ogden Avenue and designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 33.08, Block 5, Lot 2.
Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which Part One of the Short Environmental Assessment Form was submitted
Persons may review said application and drawings at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays.
SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, February 6, 2007 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
