Public Hearing - Giordano Subdivision, Kings Ferry Road

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Section 276 and 277 of the New York State Town Law and Chapter 265 (Subdivision of Land), and for a permit pursuant to Chapter 179 (Wetlands) and Chapter 283 (Trees) of the Town of Cortlandt Code on the application of  Mark Giordano, for property of William P. Lush, for Preliminary Plat approval and Wetland and Tree Removal Permits for a proposed 3 lot major subdivision of a 1.5 acre parcel of land as shown on a 2 page set of drawings entitled “Preliminary Plat-Kings Ferry Commons” prepared by Ralph G. Mastromonaco, P.E. latest revision dated April 19, 2007.

            The subject property is zoned R-15, Single Family Residential and is located on the south side of Kings Ferry Road, approximately 100 feet west of Tate Avenue and designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 54.07, Block 5, Lot 4.

             Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action for which Part One of the Short Environmental Assessment Form was submitted.

            Persons may review said application and drawings at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays. 

            SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, July 10, 2007 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
