Public Hearing - Tim Cook

      PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Chapter 307 (Zoning) of the Town of Cortlandt Code and for a Wetland Permit pursuant to Chapter 179 (Wetlands) and a Tree Removal Permit pursuant to Chapter 283 (Trees) of the Town of Cortlandt Code on the application of the Tim Cook for Site Development Plan Approval and a Wetland Permit and Tree Removal Permit for the parking of vehicles and storage of equipment (contractor’s yard) as shown on a 2 page set of drawings entitled “Site Plan prepared for Tim Cook” prepared by Ralph G. Mastromonaco, P.E. latest revision dated May 30, 2007.

            The subject property of approximately 11.4 acres is zoned, M-1, Light Industrial and is located on the east side of Albany Post Road south of Victoria Avenue and is designated on the Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 54.08, Block 2, Lots 12 & 28.

             Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action and includes an Environmental Assessment Form.

      Persons may review said application and drawings at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays. 

            SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Tuesday evening, July 10, 2007 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
