PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

            PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the PLANNING BOARD of the TOWN OF CORTLANDT will conduct a Public Hearing pursuant to Chapter 307 (Zoning) of the Town of Cortlandt Code for Site Development Plan Approval and a Special Permit for a medical office located within 1,000 feet of the Hudson Valley Hospital Center on the application of Dr. Mark Hittman for the continuation of the existing medical practice at 1989 Crompond Rd. and for an approximately 170 sq. ft. addition to the existing building as shown on a 7 page set of drawings entitled “Site Plan, Reception Addition Dr. Mark Hittman” prepared by Bernd E. Pfeiffer, P.E. latest revision dated August 24, 2007.

            The subject property is 1.638 acres is zoned R-40, single-family residential and is designated Town of Cortlandt Tax Maps as Section 33.12, Block 1, Lot 1.

             Pursuant to 6 NYCRR Part 617 of the State Environmental Quality Review Regulations the subject application is an unlisted action and includes an Environmental Assessment Form.

      Persons may review said application and drawings at the Planning Office in the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York, between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, except holidays. 

            SAID HEARING will be conducted in the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room at the Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Street, Cortlandt Manor, New York on Wednesday evening, November 7, 2007 at 8:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible at which time all interested persons will be heard.
