Now in its final weeks at Town Hall, the Cortlandt: People, Places, Memories exhibition celebrates life in the Town of Cortlandt and provides a window into the informal and personal histories of the Town’s residents and businesses. All exhibition objects were kindly lent by Town residents and local business owners. Places shape our memories and personal histories during moments of importance and afterwards facilitate the recall of those moments. Local fiber artist, Arlene Tift, memorializes a significant moment in capturing this fiery sunset against the Spring landscape of her yard.
