Every dog 4 months of age or older owned in New York State must be licensed. Pet owners can apply for a dog license at their local town or municipal office.

Please fill out our Dog License Application and submit it to our office with proof of Rabies Vaccination and the appropriate fee. Renewals are mailed out annually.
